Table of contents for lists in two levels. The upper level are subpages, the lower level are sections. The first level works for the subpages: !, $, #, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0-9, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, Ü, V, W, X, Y, Z und XYZ.

The sections are for A to Z alphabetical second letter, so Aa, Ab, ... Fa till Zz, etc. The template listed only existing subpages.
