to Liechtenstein and Switzerland by Swiss Post Standard (B-Post):

• 1-1750 g - CHF 10.50
• 1751-9750 g - CHF 14
• 9751-29750 g - CHF 25

in all other European countries by DHL from Germany:

• 1-1750 g - CHF 15
• 1751-4750 g - CHF 18
• 4751-9750 g - CHF 24
• 9751-19750 g - CHF 36
• 19751-30000 g - CHF 50
• 30001-60000 g - CHF 100
• 60001+ g - CHF 250

All orders will be shipped within 3-10 working days from Germany of payment being received. Local customers can get the orders direct in our offices in Hinwil ZH and Romanshorn TG

Returns:

• In case you need to return an item, please always contact us first. We are happy to provide you with a shipping label for return. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Postschaltereinzahlungen mit der Ricardo-QR-Rechnung auf unser Bankkonto nebst den Postgebühren auch Bankspesen verursachen.

Pro ersteigerter Artikel sind folgende Zuschläge dem Rechnungsbetrag zu addieren:

• Bis CHF 50 - Zuschlag CHF 2.20
• Bis CHF 100 - Zuschlag CHF 2.60
• Bis CHF 1000 - Zuschlag CHF 3.35

Die hier eingestellten Artikel bleiben bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.
