Table of Contents for lists in two planes. The first level functions for the undersides: !, $, #, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0-9, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, Ü, V, W, X, Y, Z and XYZ.
The sections are for A to Z alphabetical second letter, then Aa, Ab, ... Fa to Zz, etc. It only existing sub-pages are listed.
